ProForm Carbon Olympic System

Used as a stand-alone squat rack or for bench press, the ProForm Olympic System makes workouts from home easy.

The bench has flat, incline and decline positions, and features in-built transport wheels to make it easy to move around.

It features adjustable safety spotters and j-hooks with plenty of height options to choose from.

Also included is a 2-ft preacher curl pad that easily attaches to the front of the bench.
