You can easily fold the treadmill, safely lock it into place, and effortlessly roll it away. Its dual gas-assisted springs will slowly lower it to the open position without any assistance.

The FlexDeck shock absorption system will reduce impact on your joints and you can monitor your heart rate with the convenient hand sensors. The GoSystem Quick Start gets you up and running with 3 speed and incline presets or you can attempt 15 different workout programmes.

Equipped with a Track console, this Life Fitness F3 treadmill has hand sensors as well as a wireless heart rate monitoring system with a chest strap included, so you can track your heart rate as you’re training.

The Track console is ideal if you want greater variety and advanced programmes to help you reach your fitness goals. The programmes include 6 classic workouts, 5 HeartSync heart rate controlled workouts, 4 goal workouts and 3 custom workouts. To ensure you stay motivated, with the Track console, you also have access to Life Fitness’ Virtual Trainer website where you can download unlimited additional programs. The website also allows you to upload your results so you can track your progress online.

The Track console is compatible with your iPod and iPhone so it’ll charge your device as your working out to your favourite tunes.

This console is not compatible with the iPhone 5.
